Watch this.. it is wonderful... I love Lawrence O'Donnell... He isn't afraid to call out the Joke.. I can't stand him.. he was relentless this morning going after Nancy Pelosi. Saying she lied, well, I don't think she has, she has been backed up by several others.

Very cool! I never listen to these things at work, but I made an exception for this one. I love Lawrence O'Donnell and the way he uses actual information to make his points. It really confuses them. :)
I'm a little more skeptical about Pelosi's claims. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of sense in why the CIA would lie to congress.
All in all the whole thing needs to be thoroughly investigated and any one who allowed torture to happen regardless of their party, needs to be held accountable.

Here is basically what he said.
The chart specifically notes a discussion of waterboarding in 13 briefings between February 2003 and March 2009, most attended by Democrats as well as Republicans. Two Democrats, Sen. Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia and former Sen. Bob Graham of Florida, have challenged the accuracy of some of the CIA's chart.One of the statements Sen. Graham made was that they had 4 meetings down with him, he keeps notes of everything and has been ridiculed about his notes, he checked and found that 3 of the meetings were not in his notes, the CIA then went back and checked, there were NO MEETINGS on those days.
So they were wrong.
Guess, they could be wrong again, in what they are saying about Pelosi... even if no one wants to admit it.
Put away your dislike for her for a minute and just think about the fairness of the entire thing. This is just trying to turn the focus of the dialog..that's all it is doing.
i don't know why it's so hard to believe that the cia, under the cheney maladministration, would lie. would people say the same of the justice department? how about the food and drug administration? i would be shocked to hear that any of them told the truth about anything!
squinty joe is so threatened by lawrence o'd that it's hilarious. he has to denigrate larry o'd as being just a staffer, because squinty has the tiniest penis in the universe.
