Rachel Maddow Agree's with Me! Don't I Feel Special.
Here is a segment from last nights Rachel Maddow show which back's up my post below. She uses the same article and has other things to back up the statement, plus uses some Charts to show how bad it has been and how good it is getting.
Very nice blog you have here. I like reading political blogs for some reason. Anyway, I have a site myself where people from around the world come and debate on popular issues. I feel as if this will give citizens some form of power, letting their voices be heard.
I'd like to exchange links with you to help spread some traffic around between each other. If you'd like to, please leave a comment under our "Compadres" page when you've added our link and we'll return the favor.
All the republicans want is to regain control of Congress so that they can foul up the rest of President Obama's first term in office. They have no new solutions, only unending, continuous complaints. I appreciate the work of you and other progressive bloggers, Annette, in spreading the truth. We know the economy and unemployment aren't where they could be, but things could be much worse. We must make people realize that pulling the economy back from a looming depression is not an easy task. I admire our president because he has continued to work hard on these issues in spite of the many lies of some of those on the right, and in spite of some progressives dissatisfaction with some of his decisions. I have stopped visiting certain blogs because of all of the venomous negativity. I can understand anyone's dissatisfaction, but I cannot understand the immature behavior(s.) The ranting against the president that I witness on many blogs makes me wonder whether the ranters understand the structure of America's government, and how well the ranter would do if he/she were in President Obama's position. I see many examples of spoiled kid syndrome, in that adults on some of these sites demand instant gratification and tend to think that getting major legislation through Congress is the easiest thing in the world. I saw this kind of behavior repeatedly from my students before I retired, but it is shameful seeing adults behaving the same way. Now I understand why my students also demanded instant gratification, and that every task they encountered had to be easy to solve. They learned it from their family members, parents included.

I always enjoy Rachel, LOVE her and her show!! The charts are awesome!
Fox News/GOP will probably take the unemployment bikini graph and turn it upside-down and try to spin it as a Bush success and an Obama failure.
I don't watch her much anymore.. but I saw this clip and had to post it..
Yes, Jerry you are probably correct......They will spin it someway to make him look bad and Bush look good.... no doubt about that.

I was so exhausted yesterday that I missed Rachel. Had I seen this, I would have posted it too. Thanks Annette.
